Victoria Quarter

Victoria Quarter is a must for any serious shopper and it’s only 2 miles away from your home! It has a range of beautiful shops from boutique fashion brands through to high end couture such as Vivienne Westwood and Louis Vuitton. There is also an impressive selection of homeware, health & beauty, gift, tech, and jewellery shops. If all that shopping leaves you in need of refreshment, why not pop into the Harvey Nichols Espresso Bar and refuel? Visit their website here for more details.

The Corn Exchange

Completed in 1864, the Leeds Corn Exchange is now a Grade 1 listed building. Priding itself on being the ‘home of independents’ there is a real sense of creativity here, from ‘meet the brewer’ evenings at the Little Leeds Beer House to the vintage delights of the Twit-Woo Vintage Boutique. Even the eateries are independent, with speciality tea at Vanilla One, Yorkshire’s first hummus and pita bar, and gourmet American style hotdogs at Primo’s. The space provides a fantastic hub of independent businesses and social space.

Hyde Park Picture House

The Hyde Park Picture House is a real treat for film lovers, a beautiful vintage theatre setting in which to watch all of the latest releases. Having opened in August 1914, it is still going strong after Leeds City Council stepped in to save it from closure. Visit their website for the latest picture screening and times.
